Inspect Your Package
Please check your package upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at dardoo.media@gmail.com. We will handle each case individually to ensure a fair and timely solution.

Return Eligibility & Condition
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to decide if an item meets your needs. Eligible items must be in unused, like-new condition:

  • Items may be unpacked for inspection.

  • Light assembly or simple function checks are acceptable.

  • The item itself, all accessories, and packaging must show no signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage.

  • Any item showing evidence of visible signs of use, disassembly, modification, or intentional damage may be partially refunded or declined.

Quality-Related Returns
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

  • We cover return shipping costs.

  • We provide a replacement or full refund, based on your preference and availability.

  • A prepaid return label or courier pickup will be arranged depending on your location.

Personal Preference Returns
For returns due to change of mind or personal preference:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued after inspection, minus shipping fees.

  • Estimated return shipping costs will be communicated before confirmation.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at dardoo.media@gmail.com to request a return. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the problem, and photos to expedite processing.

  2. Wait 1–2 business days for our team to review your request and provide a return label and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back according to instructions.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval.

  5. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 3–10 business days.

Reminder
To protect your refund and avoid unnecessary delays:

  • Only return items after receiving authorization from our support team.

  • Returned items must not show signs of disassembly, modification, or intentional damage.
