Shipping & Delivery Information

When Will I Receive My Order?
We process and schedule shipments within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends, so orders placed during weekends will be processed on the next business day.

For most orders, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may be affected by factors such as severe weather, high carrier volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or post it directly to your order page, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.

Shipping Areas
Currently, we ship only to the contiguous 48 states of the United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses is not supported at this time.

If you need to ship to an unsupported address, shipping fees may range from $100–$300, depending on location. Please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order to confirm availability, methods, and delivery charges.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.

Delivery Method
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the best method for timely and safe delivery. We reserve the right to choose an alternative carrier when necessary to ensure your order arrives in the best condition.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
All orders are fully insured once shipped. While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery is ultimately handled by the carrier.

If a package is lost or delayed through no fault of yours, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue:

  • Arrange an expedited replacement shipment with tracking, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund according to our Refund & Return Policy
